Saucony Ride 19 – Neutral running shoe for everyday training

The Saucony Ride 19 is a versatile and reliable mass training shoe for the neutral runner who wants comfort, stability and a natural running feel in everyday life. The shoe is designed to work equally well on leisurely recovery runs as on longer, steady-paced runs - in short, a true all-round running shoe.

With the Ride 19, Saucony has fine-tuned the balance between soft cushioning and efficient response, giving you a shoe that's easy to run in - day after day.

Soft and responsive cushioning with PWRRUN+

The midsole features Saucony's updated PWRRUN+ foam, which is now lighter, softer, and more energy-returning than before. Additional foam has been added under the forefoot, providing a more comfortable ride and a clearer sense of propulsion with every step.

The result is a stable and consistent running experience, where the shock absorption protects the legs without removing contact with the ground.

Comfort all the way – from landing to take-off

The Saucony Ride 19 is built for a natural and secure ride. The stable platform helps the foot smoothly through the running stride, while the new SRS (Super Responsive Sockliner) insole contributes with extra comfort and step-in feel from the first kilometer.

The shoe is therefore perfect for both short and long runs, as well as for runners who want one shoe for the majority of their training.

Breathable and comfortable upper

The upper is made of a technically engineered mesh that ensures high breathability and good flexibility. The material molds comfortably around the foot and provides a more enveloping fit without feeling tight.

Extra padding around the heel increases comfort and provides a more luxurious feel – even on longer trips.

Saucony – Running shoes with history, innovation and soul

Saucony is one of the most iconic running brands in the world – and for good reason. The brand has over 125 years of experience and was founded in 1898 in the USA, near the Saucony Creek river in Pennsylvania, where the name also comes from. Since then, Saucony has specialized in developing running shoes that combine biomechanical knowledge with technological innovation – with one goal in mind: to help runners get the most out of their runs, regardless of level, distance or surface.

Saucony is known for delivering high comfort, technical materials and a fit that feels natural and supportive. Each model in their range is created with a specific running style and needs in mind – from neutral shoes to more stable models and ultra-light competition shoes. Whether you are a beginner, experienced runner or elite athlete, Saucony has a shoe that can match your needs. At Transition Zone, we sell a wide range of Saucony running shoes because we know how much difference the right footwear can make – both for your performance and your running pleasure.

Saucony Endorphin Speed – Lightning fast and versatile shoe with plate technology

The Endorphin Speed is one of Saucony’s most popular and acclaimed models – and for good reason. It combines high speed with a comfortable and responsive running experience. What particularly sets the Endorphin Speed apart from many of its competitors is the use of a nylon plate instead of a classic carbon plate. The nylon plate is lighter and more flexible, making the shoe more forgiving and versatile – perfect for tempo runs, intervals and longer distances. It still gives a clear sense of propulsion, but without the stiff, hard feeling that some runners associate with carbon models.

In comparison, Saucony's competition shoe Endorphin Pro uses a full carbon plate, which is stiffer and more aggressive in its movement. If you only run competitions and want to get the absolute maximum out of every step, carbon is a good choice. But for the vast majority of runners – even very experienced ones – the Endorphin Speed, with its nylon plate, will be the best all-round choice. It combines PWRRUNPB foam (the lightest and most responsive from Saucony) with an S-curve plate, which makes the shoe fast, but still comfortable enough for everyday training. This makes the Endorphin Speed one of the most versatile super shoes on the market today.

Saucony Guide – Stability without compromise

For runners who need extra support and stability, the Saucony Guide is an obvious choice. The Guide model is aimed at runners who tend to overpronate – meaning the foot rolls inward a little too much during stride. Here, the Guide helps support the foot without feeling bulky or heavy. It is a stability model that is created with comfort and natural movement in mind, and is suitable for both beginners and experienced runners.

The Saucony Guide uses a PWRRUN midsole, which provides a good balance between cushioning and responsiveness. At the same time, the shoe is equipped with a medial support zone, which helps control pronation and guide the foot in the right direction. The smart thing about the Guide is that it doesn’t feel like a classic “stability shoe”. It maintains a natural running feel and is light and flexible enough to use on both short and long runs. For runners who need extra support – without wanting to compromise on running pleasure – the Saucony Guide is a safe and technically strong choice.
